STAR WARS Millennium Falcon Hyperspace Jump Experience (DRY) is the most unique inflatable attraction in the galaxy and it's unlike any playland, combo unit or obstacle course ever seen before. Passengers will encounter an inflatable Chewbacca as they enter and an R2-D2 inflatable replica and C-3PO graphic as they jump their way around the ship. Passengers will feel the rush as they imagine piloting the Millennium Falcon like Han Solo and Chewbacca as they explore the cockpit area; pretend to operate the cockpit's master control panel with its gears, switches, and buttons; and eject themselves down a small slide. In the main cabin, they'll come across inflatable pop-up obstacles such as a bunk, storage container, and holo-map where they can see a holographic-like rendering of the Death Star. Passengers can step up to the laser cannon turret where they can pretend to defend against Imperial forces, and they can also pretend to play dejarik at the hologame table. The pièce de ré·sis·tance is the taller climber and slide in the center of the ship with ceiling hatch graphic showing explosive battle with a Star Destroyer and TIE fighters. To help make sure your event is a success, we have provided you with a pre-setup checklist. It will help to ensure everything goes smoothly the day of your event.
Plan a spot in a flat area (approximately 20′ X 20′ for bouncers that are 15′ X 15′) away from your house and obstructions. Grassy areas are preferable. A minimum of 4 feet clearance on all sides must be observed at all times.
Note: Let us know in advance if setup is to be done on concrete.
Please inform delivery driver of any underground sprinkler lines near setup area. The Bounce House People is not responsible for damage to sprinkler lines.
Remove all sharp objects, toys, twigs, rocks, and clean ALL dog piles from the area, inflatables will NOT be setup in unsanitary conditions.
Inflatables need an electrical source within 75 feet; generators are available for an extra charge.
Be sure to turn off all sprinklers, including underground sprinklers. Please don’t water your lawn 24 hours prior to the set-up time.
All unnecessary electric wires and cables should be kept away from the inflatable.
Adult supervision is required at all times for all children
Keep all party candies and party toys such as silly string and other toys away from inflatable. Silly String will cause permanent damages to the inflatable.
Provide water for thirsty bouncers to drink outside of the inflatable.
Plan a food, drink, and snack area a safe distance away from the inflatable.
Be sure there is enough overhead clearance from trees, wires, or any other obstructions. (See product description for height requirements)
All overnight rentals must be in a secured area.
All orders must be confirmed before delivery date.
All orders that cannot be confirmed before delivery date will be cancelled
No rider is to enter bounce house without adult supervision.
Each rider must meet appropriate weight and age requirements.
No more than 8 participants in a bounce house at any given time.
To prevent injury. Participants should be grouped together by size.
Participants must remove shoes, eyeglasses and all sharp objects before entering.
No flip-flops allowed.
No wrestling or rough play allowed
Participants should not bounce too close to each other.
Participants are not allowed to bounce or run into the sides or doorways of the bounce house.
All participants and spectators must keep their hands off the netting.
No climbing on walls or top of bounce house.
No food, drink or gum allowed in bounce house.
No silly string, wet face paint or other similar products allowed in bounce house.
If bounce house begins to lose air, unload participants until action can be taken. There is no cause for alarm when this occurs.
Unload participants and let air out of bounce house if wind speeds exceed 25 m.p.h.
In the event of rain, let air out and put cover bounce house and blower with tarp.
Adult supervisor must be at least 18 years of age.
Supervisor must not consume alcohol or be under the influence of drugs during bounce house use.
It is the responsibility of the adult supervisor to enforce these terms and remove any participants who do not follow the rules.All rider and other participants enter the bounce house at their own risk.
Do not operate without sufficient lighting.
RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES
Reservation requests are on a first come, first served basis. No credit card is required to request a reservation or quote. We will call to verify your information and a credit card will then be necessary to book your reservation. Please leave Name, Number and an Email Address to contact you.
During uncertain weather conditions, if Customer agrees to accept delivery and it begins to rain and storm AFTER unit is DELIVERED and SET UP, there will be NO refunds, discounts, or concessions. There will also be No refunds if we have to remove a rental piece or shut down an event early in case of unsafe conditions, including but not limited to Inclement Weather.
Inclement Weather cancellations -The customer must call to cancel and reschedule the rental. Cancellation may only be done 24 hrs the date of the event. If the winds are higher than 15 mph, we will cancel and reschedule your event. No Refunds, only credit up to 12 months from the time of booking. You must call 3 months in advance for the same unit, If available. If not, you will have a credit of the amount you paid. We do not accept weather cancellations for cold, cloudy days with 40% or less chance of scattered showers unless it’s below 40°F or actively raining in your area 2 hours before your rental period. NOTE: We do not accept cancellations for wet muddy yards or setup areas.
Non-Refundable Deposit: Bounce House $50, Combos $75, Waterslides $100, Obstacle Course (less than $500) $175; Obstacle Course or Packages (more than $500) $300 (more than $1000) $50%.
Large events over $1000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit for holding the reservation. If the event is canceled or rescheduled, the non-refundable deposit maybe applied to the same event held within 12 months of the canceled event. If canceled within 72 hours the full rental amount will be charged. If you need to reschedule, the sooner we know, the more options we can offer you. Cancellation fees may also apply to partial cancellation, such as removing individual items off of an order. Once an order is confirmed cancellations (not weather related) for any reason from the date of booking up to 5 days prior to event are subject to the following cancellation fees: Bounce House $25, Combos $50, Waterslides $100, Obstacle Course (less than $500) $125; Obstacle Course (more than $500) $200. Cancellations that are 2 days (48 hrs.) or less prior to event will be charged the FULL rental rate. Please note that all cancellations MUST BE IN WRITING and sent to: Thebouncehousepeoplellc@gmail.com. If you are cancelling within 24 hours of your event you MUST ALSO CALL the office during regular office hours or call the after-hours emergency number 239-910-3336. The Bounce House People, LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation or portion of a reservation or shut down an event early due to Inclement Weather, unsafe, unclean (Pet/Animal Urine or Droppings a/k/a Poop), or unfit area for unit, we will not set up on tree stumps, metal sharp objects in the ground or any other situation that the company deems dangerous to the units or jeopardizes safety in any way or is not in the best interest of the company.
We make every effort to set up for each and every rental reservation; however, the safety of your children is our top priority. The Bounce House People reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to inclement weather defined as: 15-20+ SUSTAINED winds (with higher gusts). If this is the case, we will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event to discuss options. We cannot set up in high winds or if it is actively raining, due to increased chance of injury or electrocution. If Customer chooses to have unit delivered in uncertain weather conditions and we are unable to set up once we arrive due to rain, wind, mud, etc., there will be a delivery fee charged. See Weather Cancellation Policy. WARNING: INFLATABLE UNITS MUST NEVER BE USED WHEN WET INSIDE (except for waterslides and wet combos) and/or WHEN WINDS ARE 15MPH OR MORE. Inflatables become very slippery and dangerous when wet. In these situations, the inflatable unit MUST be evacuated and deflated until the winds die down and/or the rain stops. Once the storm passes re-inflate the unit and dry off the inside before using the unit again.
If a Park, Church, School, or corporate event shuts down early before the scheduled pickup time, please contact 239-910-3336 immediately so that we may make every attempt to arrange for an earlier pickup. However, there is no guarantee that a Driver will be available last minute to do an earlier pickup and you may need to wait until your scheduled pickup time. The customer is responsible for equipment from the time of delivery until it is picked up, never leave equipment unattended at any time.
Backyard parties are generally picked up within 4 hours of your event end time. During your Confirmation Call you will be given your 4 hours pick up window. Pickup can be as EARLY as your event end time. If the Driver shows up to pick up the equipment and there is no one at the site or the gates are locked, you will be subject to an additional pickup fee. Schools, Churches, Corporate, and Park delivery site locations are generally picked up within 30 minutes of the event end time.
**VERY IMPORTANT - Customer (RENTER) is responsible for all damages to unit and any cleaning charges ($25 -$150) due to misuse (NO Gel Blasters, Orbeez, Food, Gum, Candy, Drinks, Confetti, Mud, Glitter, Balloons inside the inflatable, Dog Poop etc.). PLEASE KEEP DOGS OR CATS AWAY FROM THE RENTAL UNIT. If damages occur due to a dog or cat, Customer (Renter) is responsible for any damages caused by it and will have to pay for repairs. Someone should be with the unit at ALL TIMES until time of pick-up to avoid any problems. A flat rate of $1,000 is applied if any SILLY STRING is found on the unit. Silly string causes irreversible damage to any inflatable. SO PLEASE NO SILLY STRING OR ANY KIND OF DYE PRODUCTS NEAR THE INFLATABLE. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES AND REPAIRS. **
If The Bounce House People does not supply attendants, you or your designated attendant(s) must be present at the time of delivery. Safety briefings are ALWAYS given after set up at ALL events; we require a signature stating you have received and understand all operating and safety instructions. Accidents on equipment generally result from 1) too many participants or mixing age groups on a unit 2) flips and roughhousing, 3) unit not kept secured. Attendants should monitor number and age of participants and ensure they’re following rules and acting responsibility. Inflatable stake/anchor weights should also be checked periodically to ensure they are in place.
Customer is responsible for power. The Bounce House People is NOT liable for problems due to power issues. Typically, we need (1) 20-amp circuit for EACH blower; other items can NOT be plugged into the same circuit. We provide extension cords. Unit needs to be placed within 75′ of power source (maximum distance). Generators may be rented in advance if a power source is not available. Generators are $105.
It’s critical that the contact person pays 24 hours before the event unless there has been a payment arrangement or a check from a school or business, No personal Checks. Failure to make the payment could result in the cancellation fees.
Our Drivers do all the heavy lifting; you just show us where to set up. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure in advance and ensure there is adequate space and provide a flat clean area for set up clear of sharp objects, debris and animal (Dog or Cat) poo, droppings or urine. If the Driver is unable to set up for reasons above or if unsafe conditions exist, you will be responsible for payment in full. Surface type: It’s important that we know in advance if you plan to set up on grass or concrete. Inflatables can ONLY be operated safely if they are secured and anchored properly. We bring stakes or sandbags depending on where the unit will be set up. If you make changes, please let us know (especially from grass to concrete) to ensure our Drivers will have the proper equipment. Last minute changes could result in MAJOR set up delays. **We can definitely setup on concrete surfaces, however there are additional charges involved. We use 50lb sandbags to anchor equipment that is setup on a concrete surface and there is a lot of heavy lifting and additional labor involved. Setting up indoors or inside a fenced area: some equipment is very large and requires a double door to fit through. This may require removing the center bar double doors to get inside. Sprinkler systems: The Bounce House People, LLC is not liable for any damage done to your sprinkler system or water lines. You will be responsible for letting our Drivers know where it is in advance to avoid any damage. If a sprinkler/water line is damaged, turn off the water immediately. If you have dogs or cats, please make sure the setup area is clean and any droppings are removed. We cannot setup if there are droppings on the ground. ATTENTION: Drivers can NOT go up and down stairs and/or hills, or move equipment excessive distances. Set up location must be easily accessible from the delivery truck.
Backyard parties are delivered within a 4-hour delivery window generally between 7am and 3pm and picked up the same afternoon or evening. Overnight is an additional charge of $100 (Please read Rental Period). For Park, School, Church, and corporate delivery sites we can coordinate a delivery time that is as close to your start as possible, while still allowing time for proper set up. We like to start set up at least 2-3 hours before the start of the event, we strive to have equipment rentals set up 2-3 hours before the start of an event. Our Drivers have several locations on their delivery route, it’s extremely important that the contact person responsible for the event to be on time to meet the driver for safety and set up instructions. One late customer can create problems and stress for everyone else.
We generally contact you 24 hours before your event to confirm the details such as the type of surface for set up, space and electrical requirements, and coordinate delivery times. All reservations require confirmation and coordination for delivery. We will give you a window time of our delivery schedule.
If you are unavailable at the time of call, we will leave a message. If we are NOT able to reach you and/or you do not call back before the day of your event, we cannot guarantee delivery and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All of our rentals are up to 6 hours. The latest pick-up time is 8pm during Spring/Summer. Fall Season is 6pm for last pick up. There is an additional charge of $150 for overnight if the inflatable is available and will be picked up the next day between 9am -2pm. You must leave the inflatable on to prevent the unit from getting waterlogged. If the unit is down by the time the drivers show up, you will be charged an additional $75. Waterlogged causes the inflatable to weigh heavier and then we will need to drain the water out which will take up time and cause delays for other rental reservations.
(Overnight is not allowed on apartments and condo complex). 2nd Day Rental up to 25% off on the same inflatable if it is available.
The Bounce House People, LLC processes all reservation requests on a first come first serve basis. Receipt of a quote does NOT guarantee equipment availability.
